These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MusicFortAI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MusicFortAI provides scheduling, class and roster management, assignments, student submissions, and billing tools for music schools and teaching studios.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on trials, cancellation, and refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, upload harmful code, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you upload (recordings, rosters, assignments, etc.). You grant us the right to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusicFortAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
